To issue a winding up order for unpaid CMS?

My ex has 5k unpaid CMS that I'm getting nowhere with with the CMS.

He has his own company if this makes any difference.

Can is get a winding up order issued for this?

You can't chase a limited company for a debt he owed personally I'm afraid

His debt, not the company's. You could still take him to court and if successful bailiffs will be involved - but it could be long winded and there may not actually be anything of value they can find. Unless you know he has specific valuables?

Thinks nothing of spending £50 on a shot of rum but will not give me CMS.
