Friend is buying some unused toys of my DC off of me- never been opened and brand new adds up to around £250

She’s asked how much do I want for them but I’ve no idea what would be a reasonable amount?

£100 - £125.

I purchased an used Silver Cross Travel System for £300 when it retails for £800.

I'd usually say half the rrp/ what you paid for it. I usually have a look on ebay and do a search for completed items of that thing to get a rough idea as well.
