Tax credits and job change . What info do I need to give. On hold to them now

Dp changed job this week. I'm trying to get thro to them with a change of earnings. Will they ask his new job etc. I only have their full address and cat get hold of dp. Was hoping to sort while baby asleep lol.
I did try m online account but couldn't see where the job change bit is.

You will probably be switched to UC now, as changes trigger that in most areas.

When I looked online it said stay on TC

He was previously employed just changed for closer to home.

Just as a warning, when they ask for your salary for current year, DONT just say what your salary is. They expect you to be psychic and estimate what you will have earns between 2018-2019. Seriously, they don’t explain this, so when I called, I gave them my actual salary and then low and behold I ended up owing them money!!! They said I gave THEM the wrong figure. Very frustrating. So have your calculator to the ready.

We know how much he's earned in last job. And what is salary will be in next job. I always over estimate anyway just in case x
