Excel question

HenriettaWasSoHappy · 07/11/2018 15:14

Sorry, I probably am being unreasonable! But just started a new job and I’m really rusty in excel. I’ve acquired this spreadsheet where some columns seem to have what look like vertical “page breaks” next to them and it won’t all print one one page.

Any ideas?

Help would be very much appreciated so I don’t look like a total idiot in front of my new colleagues.

Thank you!

Highlight all cells that you want to print and click the set print area icon in the ribbon at the top. Then choose the option that you want all columns on 1 page options before printing.

Go to print and at the bottom of the left side of the screen is the print options. At the bottom is scaling... One of those options in the drop-down is print on one page.

Can you see page break preview on the workbook view bit?
If so, click on that then go to page layout and reset all page breaks, hopefully that will work

Select the "View" tab along the top then click "Page Break Preview" and you should be able to move them around.
