3 month old won't sleep! Help!

I'm desperate for some advice here. My 3mo has been a terrible sleeper since he was around 7 weeks (he's now 13 weeks), only catnapping in the day and waking every 2 hours throughout the night. I've tried to get him to self settle and to make sure he doesn't associate boob with sleep (he's EBF and refuses to take a bottle, but that's another story!), but I'm so worried he'll wake up our 3 year old I end up feeding him back to sleep. He's gaining weight absolutely fine so he can't be hungry every time. I'm exhausted and losing my marbles!

Not unusual for a 3 month old! I know lack of sleep is horrific (I fed my two multiple times through the night until they were about 8 months old when the food effect finally kicked in) but I think YABU to expect a 3 month old to self settle.

Is there a partner? Ask them to try and settle him in the middle of the night.

Could someone take him for a walk for a couple of hours during the day so you can catch up on some sleep?
