Soon to be homeless

I'm hoping someone has been in a similar situation....

I moved into my current home (flat above a commercial premises) 9 weeks ago, and I have just found out my landlord is illegally subletting to me. I am now being evicted by the person who actually owns the property, also my "landlord" is being evicted from the commercial property I only found out 2 weeks ago as he had been taking my mail which was from the court to inform me that all of this was happening. I only heard about it when a solicitor turned up at my door with court papers.

So I am now going to be homeless with my 2 daughters. I have put all of the relevant forms etc into my local council, does anyone know how long it will take for them to contact me about this situation?
I suffer from horrendous panic/anxiety attacks at the best of times so as you can imagine they're kicking off more now with all of this going on 😕

I can only go by what my council and tbf shelter told me, which was the rules changed and now they consider you homeless from a certain number of days, someone else has said 59 which I think is right, once that has passed they consider you homeless, you no longer have to stay in the place and get removed.

Again speaking from my experience, once our notice was up, we had to leave and were considered homeless, but we had been considered as at risk for 2 months and the council knew our notice was up

Homeless department of your local council will be able to help you. I was in the same situation with my young DDs and the homeless team loaned me removal and storage costs and told me to look for private rents and they'd pay the deposit etc. Failing that last resort was B&B, as it was we were lucky enough to stay with someone until we won a home. [Because that bidding system is awful with no longer being homeless as the prize].
