I ordered a few small items directly from Groupon for gifts.
I received some of the items today which includes a set of Angry Mother microwave cleaners.
They arrived in their separate product boxes in a jiffy envelope. Well, one of the boxes is quite battered, so much so I would not be able to give it as a gift without taking it out of the box and packaging it on some other way.
I can’t contact Groupon. I clicked on customer services on the app and it only gives me the options to track my deliver (no further applicable options given I have it) or something else irrelevant.
No email or contact number.
I have tried to get on to them on my desktop computer but I am required to log in first and for some reason, despite me entering my correct username and password, it says in red “Please make sure you have clicked on reCAPTCHA checkbox”. But there isn’t one!

It annoys me that they make it so difficult for us to contact them (unless I’m just doing something wrong)
Any advice would be appreciated!
