It annoys me.

So do people that ask/answer their own question, with a yes or a right at the end.

"So my friend is annoying"

"She does it to annoy me, right?"

Then there are the ones that cannot put an I at the beginng -

"Went to my friends"

I think I'm just getting old Sad and I need to get a life right

So I think YABU

Going to check out of here now.

This is my pet hate! My friend once had a blog and she started every single post with “So”. It sets my teeth on edge.

GreatDuckCookery6211 · 04/11/2018 18:24

Nah. There's so much more that's worse than that.

I hate the ones with Friend A, B, C and E. The ones with no paragraphs, the ones that go on and on and on and on and on. The ones that have no capital letters.

LipstickTraces · 04/11/2018 18:34

YANBU. I hate it when people start a sentence with “so”

BrazzleDazzleDay · 04/11/2018 18:35

It's the ones with you see at the end of a sentence that get me, always makes me think it's bullshit.

aroomwithaperfectview · 04/11/2018 18:38

I hate it too !

Knittink · 04/11/2018 18:41

Of course YANBU to read only the threads you want to read.

But really, YABU to think beginning a post with 'So...' is a) very high on the list of annoying linguistic choices or b) important enough to stop you reading a thread which you would otherwise enjoy. Sorry Grin
