Why, oh why is it such a damn palaver getting into a new mascara. I have a torn nail, a bad temper and the sticky stuff is still sticking to it. AIBU to think they could give us at least a chance to open it, God only knows what will happen when my elderly eyes get piggier still and I cannot get into the mascara to remedy it...
