A troll or reverse thread is? Ive seen it a fair bit recently, mners commenting on threads asking If It's a reverse or a troll. Or how do you know it is? Or more importantly what the point of the op writing this sort of thread.

A reverse is where someone posts a situation (usually pretty outlandish) pretending to have the opinion of Person A. But they're really Person B asking if Person A is being a dick.
A troll is someone who posts an unbelievable or inflammatory thread hoping to start a fight.
