To report this car to the police?

I live in a nice road generally, save for 2 houses where the occupants are pretty scummy/ shady types - involved in what I'm sure are drug deals (various cars with lone male occupants with their faces obscured turning up outside sitting with engine running and lights off several times a night) and general anti social behaviour.

I have previously reported one person for abusive behaviour. Police came round and told me he didn't live there so that was the end of it Hmm. Kids in one of the houses also ride illegal motorbikes up and down the street regularly with their mates (no reg plates, lights or helmets) this is well known on our estate but the police have taken no action as they only patrol in the day and the kids only use the bikes after 6pm...

Anyway, one of the 2 houses has a vehicle which is often parked badly, blocking others in. On one occasion it was parked touching my OHs bumper (making it very difficult to get out of the space). I hadn't seen it for a couple of weeks but it's back today and on impulse I checked it on DVLA. It does have tax but it's MOT ran out 5 months ago.

So should I report it? Or am I just wasting my time? (given nothing's been done 're the above).

I'd report, I'm not sure it's the police you report it to though?

Yes it is the police, only DVLA for no tax (it is taxed).

If its got no MOT it should be declared SORN, also with no MOT it wouldn't be insured either
