AIBU to ask Why supermarket pregnancy tests never work for me?

I'd say that 95% of years I've ever done from a supermarket have failed to complete. At the risk of sounding like a complete dickhead, what am I doing wrong?

Too much piss and/or pissing too far up the stick

I always wee in a pot and then dip in the stick

That way I can guarantee the wee is on the right place for the right amount of time

Yes you can flood them, really easily.

You need to pee in a pot and then dip it in. But only dip the very end, if you get pee near or on the plastic you are likely to flood it. And only dip for the time on the instructions. Less is more.
