I loved the Unigate milk advert and the 'Humphreys' on the march to find it!

Loved the advert, frequently use the phrase. No idea what the advert was for though.

There was a brilliant one in the Nineties that took the piss out of the Riverdsnce craze.

It was a pub scene, with people just standing around behaving normally, but then whenever anyone moved around the pub their legs kind of did a jig while their upper bodies where just moving normally and their faces were totally deadpan.

I'm not describing it well, but it didn't half make me laugh. I think it was for Murphy's stout.

Oh the man with the Milk Tray...! Dressed in black skiing down a mountain to deliver said box of chocs to lovely half dressed, half awake female in her chalet at night. V romantic at that point in the 70s....

Personally I'd have been fucking fuming. Wake me up with a shite box of chocolates like those!? Bring me All Gold, you snow sliding bastard....

Question: toothbrush ads never have any toothpaste on the brush during the usual gleaming-teeth-in-a-wide-smile act of brushing?

There was an Allied Dunbar advert where a man finds a pregnancy test in his bathroom, goes down to his family at breakfast and starts questioning his teenage daughters before his wife says “actually It’s us who needs to be more careful” and then they start singing “there may be trouble ahead” and doing breakfast things along to the tube.
It was in the advert break of a movie we had recorded to vhs, and it always really tickled me.
