Inspired by the childhood TV programme thread....

I loved the Unigate milk advert and the 'Humphreys' on the march to find it!

The man you wish your man would smell like. For Old Spice. Love that. "I'm on a horse!"

Also really miss the Ferrero Rocher Ambassador adverts. At University we used to have Ambassador's Receptions and bring Ferrero Rocher and tell each other we were really spoiling each other. My favourite part was that on the continent apparently it was taken seriously and really well received.

And the Doublemint adverts "soooo hows your new girlfriend?" "She's great, I'm meeting her in a minute" "And you're eating ONIONS?!!!!!!!!!"

The milk advert - ‘coach says if I don’t drink milk I can play for Accrington Stanley,
Or the Id do anything for dairylea advert where the kid asks ‘would you kiss Veronica Dribblethwaite’.

The Cinzano Bianco adverts.

The car adverts where they made one car out of cake and one car out of like, snake venom and tyre rubber, and it was the to song “my favourite things” from the sound of music. Was it a Suzuki swift?

Loved the advert, frequently use the phrase. No idea what the advert was for though.

Even though they can't advertise anymore on tv, I loved the ads for Hamlet Mild Cigars. All of them!

Also loved the ad for Harp "And Sally O'Brien and the way she might look at you"...

Actually something that used to be advertised a lot on Irish tv in the late 70s & early 80s was for farming products to kill liver fluke, they used to be on every Sunday around the time that Glenroe was on (Irish MN will get that reference).

Oh yeah JR Hartley "do you have a copy of fly fishing?" And do you remember Spitting Image did a parody "do you have a copy of the Bible, by God? My name....?"
