Would this be wrong?

I’m currently in the 2nd year of my degree. I plan to apply for the NHS Graduate management scheme next year.

Would it be wrong to start an application this year, try out the online tests, and then withdraw the application? (To see what the tests are like before I apply for real next year)

Is it wrong/unethical? Could there be any repercussions?

Would it be wrong to try in a different false name so there is no way they can link it back to your real application when you do apply? It might help next year.

Ring the hr department and ask.

If you were to do so under your own name, you may find that they take your initial application into account next year - eg use your first test marks or grade your second test more harshly since you’d done it before.

This is just something to consider - not judging whether it would be right or wrong.
