..sweets to trick or treaters? Or would I look odd if I did that?

Have about 100 packets of harribos and skittles and a few glow sticks but only one person has knocked at my door, the rest have missed my house out. I don’t want to be left with a pile of sweets!

Are you displaying a pumpkin or any decorations? Round here people only tend to knock on houses that have a pumpkin on show. Could you put them in a bowl at the end of your drive so they can help themselves? I’m sure they won’t last long!

You need to put all your lights on and put up any decorations if you have any!

No decorations, not many people do that around here, but have my lights on. Other houses with no decorations are getting knocked on.

If no children knock by 8pm then I think I might just put a bowl out like you said.

I’ve just run outside shouting hello whilst waving the packets madly when I saw some children go past. The parents looked a bit scared but I’m now 5 packets or sweets down
