Should there be compensation or a dedicated fund to help victims relocate if wanted?
I cannot get my head around victims having to live their life with the rapers going unpunished.
I know a few have been jailed but there has to be plenty walking free.
Imagine popping to Asda and bumping into one of your attackers who gang raped you when you were a child.
AIBU to think an exception should be made because of the massive failure from authorities and there should be compensation?
