Bit ranty, I do apologise.
I went out for a friends birthday on saturday (27th) and for the first time in my life of going out (which is a few times a month), I lost my passport. It was halloween weekend and very busy but we had only been in the club for half an hour/45 minutes and I noticed my ID was missing out my purse within about 10 minutes of last seeing it. I was sober still at this point so was very aware of what I was doing. I tried to look on the floor but it was so busy and I couldn't see it.
I called up the next day to see if it had been handed in, they checked and it hadn't been found. But I really doubt somebody has taken it without the intention of finding me to return it. It's so easy these days to find someone on facebook by searching the PP name and matching the pictures.
AIBU to call the club again as it's been a few days and see if they have it? I'm thinking it could have been handed in at one bar and it hadn't been moved to the office or something yet. Where I live, people are very good at returning lost IDs.
