To ask if swollen glands in the neck are normal after the mmr?

My 1 year old has her mmr 3 weeks ago now. Just tonight she has developed hugely swollen glands on her neck and is snoring in her sleep.

No temperature and ok in self.

Has anyone else’s baby had these symptoms after the mmr jab?

I wouldn't think so after three weeks. Maybe a virus?

DS1 had a reaction like that but it was 2 weeks after the jab. He had a bit of a temperature for 3 or 4 days but nothing really alarming.
There's no harm in ringing the GP, they can always have the practice nurse look at her.

Yes, I’ll call doctors tomorrow first thing. Her neck looks like she has actual mumps, its that swollen.
