So FED UP of shopping online& in store !!!

Really fed up of shopping, I can never get anything in stores anymore for DD(2) and now Iv made 3 different online orders first 2 received emails SEVEN & NINE days after placing the order saying they were out of stock (matalan & office) and yesterday morning I paid £5 to get some shoes delivered today and now they aren't coming till Monday !!

Anyone else having problems with online orders ?

Yes. Twitter is your friend. I have not received 'next day deliveries' twice this week. Two different companies.
The items arrived on the second day and I received P&P refunds from both companies (£6.99 and £5.99) after I complained via twitter.
I know I could phone them but the twitter route is quicker!

Amazon prime has really let me down twice this week internet shopping is doing my head in this week
