DH family from hell

DH family have been a nightmare ever since we have been together (9 years) and one of his family members has just tipped me over the edge

This relative is mid 20’s, doesn’t work, mummy and daddy does everything and he spends all day on social media. He constantly posts “digs” about me to my DH page about people having shit wives etc, which all of our friends can see.

He recently posted one that was very hurtful so I snapped back, which made him reply some very nasty things. My DH has messaged him and told him to stop and that he doesn’t have a reason to have anything against me.

Surely I’m not BU to feel so hurt that an inlaw speaks shit about me on the daily?

This has been going on for months. DH gets loads of stuff posted to his own page, and then tagged in at least 20+ things a day so he doesn’t even see most of the stuff he puts on, he ignores it.

Your husband should block his brother. Since he doesn't have anything nice to say then he shouldn't get a chance to say anything at all.

Your DH needs to deal with this by speaking to him in person.

There’s also a setting on Facebook that allows you to check posts before they appear on your wall - he should use it! Or even better, block his family member completely.

He sounds absolutely pathetic. Ignore and let your DH deal with him.
