New born baby, off to the park, if course I'll wear my LBD and heels....

Haha that’s funny 😁

AfterSchoolWorry · 20/10/2018 08:42

Confused who thought that up?

Wingbing · 20/10/2018 08:42

I guess you can lean on the pram for some stability.

Penisbeakerismyfavethread · 20/10/2018 08:44

Barely able to stand after a caesarian? I know what I’ll wear, heels! Just the job.

DieAntword · 20/10/2018 08:47

I’ve seen women dressed like that with newborns. There are some subcultures where the expectations lean that way and comfort be damned.

Pinkyyy · 20/10/2018 08:51

Guilty.. I have always preferred to wear heels over flats and always wear nice dresses (when the weather permits)

Spam88 · 20/10/2018 08:52

I definitely wore leggings and a strappy top for like the first 3 months 🙈

Camomila · 20/10/2018 08:54

See the LBD might not be so bad, looks stretchy enough to bf in...
But the heels I wouldn't even wear on a night out.

Neshoma · 20/10/2018 09:00

The kind of Nany my DH would hire.

Worked with children before? No
Like children? No
Hobbies? Talking with my friends in the park.
Perfect (ie you're hot), when can you start?

**Not really

Neshoma · 20/10/2018 09:00

Nanny

Verbena87 · 20/10/2018 09:02

Black is great for hiding leaky lochia though. Wink

ALemonyPea · 20/10/2018 09:03

Maybe they're at a wedding? The pram is so smart it goes with the dress?

I still can't really wear heels after having my DC, and my youngest is almost 10!

CatsEye99 · 20/10/2018 09:07

I didn't wear heels but always wore nice dresses and makeup after I had my son.

mnahmnah · 20/10/2018 09:08

The hair! How?!

SchadenfreudeUndeadified · 20/10/2018 09:13

The kind of Nanny my DH would hire.

I was going to suggest it was an au pair the husband had appointed Neshoma

Halloween Grin
mypoosmellsofroses · 20/10/2018 09:13

This is a big thing with prams lately, it's all about the lifestyle:) Some of my favourites here.

The Egg one is a corker, empty pushchair, she looks keen to do something about that...him not so much Grin

DaphneDiligaf · 20/10/2018 09:15

Is it a pram advert? If so it's overshadowed by the model which seems to defeat the object.

mypoosmellsofroses · 20/10/2018 09:16

Ah bum, pics didn't post - try again!

grumiosmum · 20/10/2018 09:17

Hilarious. Not so much the dresses, but the heels!

Advertisers have no idea ...

Etino · 20/10/2018 09:17

I’ve been facilitating the freedom programme recently and most of the participants are foreign born. It’s been really eye opening how we are not subject to many pressures in this country. It’s often been mentioned that there are much higher dress and grooming standards everywhere else! Which is heartening.

Kewqueue · 20/10/2018 09:19

Actually where I live this wouldn't look out of place.

BikeRunSki · 20/10/2018 09:22

I’m not sure that pram adverts showing the reality of jogging bottoms, scruffy vest top and crocs would sell many prams!

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 20/10/2018 09:23

Maybe it's one of those"what I think I'll do when I go for a stroll with baby" fantasies you have pre kids. When the reality is something stretchy on the bottom, shoes I can climb on and off buses in, the top with the least baby puke down the back, a squirt of batiste. On a good day.

MorningsEleven · 20/10/2018 09:23

I can't stop looking at his big, gold bow tie. He looks like a ventriloquist's dummy.

MrsMWA · 20/10/2018 09:23

Most of these will be for the Asian market where mum doesn’t do the childcare but picks the pram for the granny/nanny to use. It is a ultra luxury item to have a European pram!
