On 4/10 we had an Ocado delivery, first in a while because I was after something quite specific.
The total order came to just under £90 and I paid by Apple Pay. In the middle of the night for some reason I got an notification on my phone to say that the payment had been refunded.
I didn’t hear anything from Ocado so I left it for a week. Called them last week. Had a call back today to say I needed to add payment details to my account and click to pay.
I already had payment details but I added some new ones just in case (another account) but there was nowhere to add the payment to the order.
I called them again and they are continuing to investigate this. Would I be right not to chase them again?
