Why does Corbyn get a free pass on pro-feminist Mumsnet?

His gang of hard left thugs and goons in 'Momentum' bashed a female Jewish protestor outside a meeting yesterday.

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6284119/police-probe-Jewish-woman-kicked-repeatedly-head-protesting-Momentum-meeting.html

Imagine if this had happened outside a Tory supporters' meeting?

You'd already have dozens of posts on here.

I don't think I'm being unreasonable by suggesting that Momentum are a vile, hateful, bigoted and anti Semitic organisation, but what about the passive aggressive, creepy old git 'leading' the Labour Party and this Trotskyist cult?

It is a proven fact that 'Mr Principled' has taken countless bungs from the deeply misogynist and homophobic theocratic regime in Tehran over the years. No doubt his nice-'friends' in Hamas and Hezbollah have chipped in too.

Why does he get a free pass on Mumsnet ?

Such obviously goads and incorrect bollocks about Corbyn/Momentum. I'm a member of Momentum - not sexist/misogynist anti-semites as far as I can see.

But I notice that Tory MEPs are actively supporting Viktor Orban, prime minister of Hungary, who has been running an active anti-Semitic smear campaign against George Soros, including calling him an "enemy of the state". The exact same words used by the Nazis about the Jews prior to the Holocaust. But apparently our media completely ignore this, because anti-semitism only matters if it can be used to smear Corbyn/Labour/Momentum.

CaptainKirkssparetupee · 17/10/2018 08:54

At this moment labour is seen, on here at least as an anti woman and anti Jewish party.

easternedge · 17/10/2018 08:56

Yeah not anti-semitism but okay. Thankfully you've got the wonderfully inclusive Tory party to rely on!

GhostofFrankGrimes · 17/10/2018 08:56

yes how could we forget about the Tories and Orban!

Now now, even Corbyn has said there is an issue with anti semitism. Are you saying he is lying?

SillySallySingsSongs · 17/10/2018 08:57

Why also is it that if you don't like Corbyn people assume your Tory? Very odd.

Overstating · 17/10/2018 08:57

I think Corbyn is a disaster. On this and many fronts. I will not vote Labour until there is a fundamental change to their treatment of Jewish people, women, dissenters....

For our political system, I think it is catastrophic. The polarisation of left and right and the moral high ground claimed by the extremes prevent debate, respect and collaboration. The building blocks of our parliamentary processes. Corbyn isn't singlehandedly culpable, Blair started the moralising tone. But Corbyn is making it a whole lot worse. We will be discovering the damage for years to come, I can only hope we will be repairing it then instead of making it worse.

BumbrainusMaximus · 17/10/2018 08:57

Why are you ignoring the protests of Jews Zachary? They are saying there is a problem. When Muslims point to Islamophobia do you tell them to shut up? I bet you don’t. Why does the Jewish perspective not count? Are you anti Semitic?

Lovejoywasodd · 17/10/2018 09:04

I find the adoration of Corbyn terrifying. I am not sure at this point if there is anything he could do to turn off his supporters. They seem happy with his love of terorism, Anti Semitism and denial of women’s rights.

The anti semitism in particular is terrifying. A friend of mine is a political researcher and Jewish. She was faced with a lot of anti semitism at the Labour Conferences over the years but said that this year was the first time she was actually afraid.
I can only conclude that Corbyn supporters don’t care about Jewish people or actively hate them.

CaptainKirkssparetupee · 17/10/2018 09:06

We all fear where this will end up.

BartholinsSister · 17/10/2018 09:09

Why would he need to take bungs from Tehran when he has a magic money tree?

BumbrainusMaximus · 17/10/2018 09:09

I also have Jewish friends, previously closely associated with labour, now moving away because of the anti semitism.
They view it as a lost cause under this leadership. I respect them and their opinions. Unlike many who seem to feel Jewish perspectives are irrelevant or smears.

JustAnotherPoster00 · 17/10/2018 09:11

How strange Labour have secured an opposition day debate on universal credit seems to have rattled some cages, awww bless

GhostofFrankGrimes · 17/10/2018 09:14

We all fear where this will end up.

Yep. Hostile environment and "go home vans" and toxic nature of Brexit would probably explain a spike in hate crimes.

Gingerrogered · 17/10/2018 09:15

I thought that Ian Duncan Smith made a good point about the CBI.

It’s same old, same old with Labour though isn’t it? Promise the world, deliver nothing.

I think if he got in, anybody with a public sector job would do very nicely. Everyone else would probably starve.

Justanotherlurker · 17/10/2018 09:17

In walks NPC GhostofFrankGrimes on a damage control whataboutry, but apparently isn't a fan of Corbyn

Penny1976 · 17/10/2018 09:21

He doesn't from me and I've not seen anyone support him on here recently.
I'm a Labour voter and I hoped for so much from him when he first took over leadership.
Now, his willingness to look the other way while women lose their rights is the reason I will absolutely not vote Labour in the next election.
It's one thing to vote best of a bad bunch and something else to actively vote for a party that has watering down women's rights as part of their policies and who expels women who object.
I'm utterly furious with him and with Labour.

Yup this is where I am with Labour as well.

I'm a life long labour voter but will hold my nose and vote Tory in the next election as they do at least seem willing to listen to women which Corbyn does not.

He's a 70's throwback. A sexist old dinosaur.

GhostofFrankGrimes · 17/10/2018 09:21

out come the anti corbyn posters any time the government hits another crisis.

Penny1976 · 17/10/2018 09:22

In today's political climate, we have women afraid and Jewish people afraid. And MPs afraid apparently to challenge anything.

SillySallySingsSongs · 17/10/2018 09:23

out come the anti corbyn posters any time the government hits another crisis.

Out come all the anti semitism deniers as soon as the issue is raised.

GhostofFrankGrimes · 17/10/2018 09:23

Everyone else would probably starve.

as the current government is planning to stockpile food..

Notquiteagandt · 17/10/2018 09:23

@TheQueef What did poor Barry ever do? 😢

I would say Corbyn gets a pasting on MN regularily. And rightly so. He is a very dangerous man imo.

BumbrainusMaximus · 17/10/2018 09:24

Just fuck off. It might seem inconceivable to you that anyone might genuinely care about the Jewish community. Says a lot more about you than it does about us, mate

JC4PMPLZ · 17/10/2018 09:24

That story is a load of bunkum. Assaulters were residents pissed off with endless megaphoning from the assaulted in their residential strert. Still shit. from what I hear. Don't believe the Daily Heil. Also apparently one of the assaulted is not Jewish. So you know, don't let it get in the way of a good story.

SillySallySingsSongs · 17/10/2018 09:26

That story is a load of bunkum.

Oh look another anti semitism denier.
