Go for a walk and clear your head/feelings then ease back into daily life.

I feel the same - can I join you?

Sometimes you feel everything you do is for everyone else - and with no thanks.

Please yourself today. You are tired and need some me time.

I feel like this sometimes. The power of guilt and obligation get me up and the days are never as bad as I think they're going to be.

That being said, I know that my job is making me unhappy but I am holding out until mat leave Smile

It sounds like you need some time to yourself. I know it's not always easy but you really need to push for it where you can. Hope you feel better soon.

i work in an industry that is busier through the winter, we had a quiet summer which was mentally draining with nothing to do to stimulate it so now we are hitting the busier bit i just cant be bothered! also my DH is self employed and so busy at the moment i could work for him but we need to remortgage and know that it is better for me to stay in full time employment to do that. I think i just cant get my head past the fact that i could be working from home and able to keep on top of all the house and help out the DH so we can all have more time together. I have got most of half term off so maybe i will feel better after that, fingers crossed.
