Hi everyone, this is a long shot and not really an aibu but there has got to be a MNetter that can help me!
I havent had a job interview for 16 years (stayed in same career) and now I'm taking the plunge and looking to move to capital one 
Has anyone out there applied for their leadership programme and have any idea about the job other than the job description which is quite vague? I've got through to the video interview stage and now I feel like I'm going to vomit at the thought of interviewing and want to do as much research as possible so I don't look like a complete moron 🙄
Anyone?
