I've been taking Elleste Duet for about 3 weeks. I had been suffering from awful painful feet, really hobbling around. Didn't seem to mater what insoles etc I had.
I've just been walking around outside and as it's wet, I put on an old pair of boots with no insoles. Just taken them off and realised... My feet don't hurt?! In fact they've been loads better for a few days now. Could it be the hrt??
