To ask what you once the kids are in bed

What time do they go to bed, and what do you do when they are finally in bed and you have a bit of time to yourself?

Ashamed to admit that I go to bed with DS (10mths) we cosleep and he’s had lots of sickness recently so by the time I settle him I usually fall asleep with him at 8.30ish.
I really need to change this.
