This is more a "is my DH BU"
DD is in Y1 and they occasionally watch Geraldine in school. They did a few times in reception, too.
Sometimes she starts laughing just thinking about it. So we've watched a few at home too.
To me it's pretty harmless and seems to teach phonics pretty well.
DH however is a different story.
He thinks it's AWFUL, creepy, freaks him out that the house is too visible in the background and thinks it's all wholly inappropriate.
To me that's a huge over-reaction.
