????

I have absolutely no idea what you're on about.

Must get myself a Gin

Singlebutmarried · 12/10/2018 17:37

Why would you not?

Poodles1980 · 12/10/2018 17:37

Are you a vampire bat?

mrsjoyfulprizeforraffiawork · 12/10/2018 17:37

If I was sitting next to you on the plane, I would think YWBU. However, 10 points for considering it might be U (so many people don't).

HB2Me · 12/10/2018 17:37

Sorry - it made sense in my head. Confused

I mean I really fancy garlic bread but worry that my resulting garlic breath might be a tad anti social to other travellers.

Go for it, but take some mints!

HB2Me · 12/10/2018 17:38

I’d love a vampire bat as a pet.

Brining garlic bread on the plan would be rude. Eating it ahead of time is fine.

elessar · 12/10/2018 17:42

Gosh I can't say this would even cross my mind. I don't think I've ever noticed if someone has eaten garlic - as long as you brush your teeth and aren't heavy breathing in someone's face I can't even imagine anyone being impacted!

Less offensive than stale coffee breath in my opinion!

tissuesosoft · 12/10/2018 17:42

You’ll be (probably) brushing your teeth at least twice between now and tomorrow afternoon so don’t worry

AnyFucker · 12/10/2018 17:45

I thought you were doing a shout out to some old MN posters then....

chemenger · 12/10/2018 17:51

I sat next to someone with horrendous garlic breath for 7 hours on a flight on Tuesday, it wasn't very nice but not unbearable. Not as bad as her feeling she had the right to put the armrest up and lean against me to sleep, though. Or, knowing that she needed to get up and walk around frequently, chose a middle seat (I know she chose that seat because it was booked when I chose my aisle seat). She was mostly either sleeping half on my seat or asking me to stand up so she could get past. Not sure why she couldn't sleep on her husband on the other side. And no, I don't know why I put up with it!

HB2Me · 12/10/2018 17:55

No hideous wind Grin and I will of course be brushing my teeth twice between now and tomorrow.

I will also load up on the mints.

Chemenger - Sounds awful!

@AnyFucker now that I’ve resolved my urgent garlic-related issues, perhaps we can turn this into a shout out to old MN posters thread.....

Chocolate gets rid of garlic breath. I read it in “Cosmo” years ago and it’s true. So:

Garlic bread

Chocolate

=

Profit!
