Apparently "many" members of the Scottish public would be offended and intimidated by a dictionary definition - to the extent that it has had to be banned, lest they be triggered:

TRAs would be offended and right on people who want to be so politically correct they don't actually think the implications through. Most people wouldn't see or understand the issue.
