I’m just wondering if IABU for hating my body? I’m not fat, I’m only just in the healthy low end BMI but I am so un toned, I have bingo wings and a saggy tummy, I go to the gym but obviously not enough to be toned. I eat well and I suppose I do have pretty good skin but I hate my body. I feel like i have almost been conditioned to not feel good about it as it’s not ‘perfect’ by society. How much does the ‘perfect’ body matter? Would I actually feel better? Anyone else feel the same?
