Miscarriage

A few weeks ago I had a miscarriage, i hadn't been to my doctor to tell her I was pregnant yet so I haven't bothered to go since Blush

Do I need to go to the doctors? Is it just to register what's happened?

Thanks

I'm sorry.

If it was an early loss and there's no cause for concern, you don't need to go to the GP. If you haven't already, it's worth taking a pregnancy test just to check it's definitely negative, and of course if you have any unusual symptoms you should seek medical advice.

I didn't go to the doctor with my first early miscarriage, but told the midwife about it during booking for my second pregnancy, she recorded it then and there were no issues. My second early miscarriage I went to the gynae ward as the bleeding was alarmingly heavy, but they ended up providing reassurance rather than any intervention, everything passed naturally within a couple of weeks.

Hope you're ok x

I would get some good conditioner for your hair as every time I have had a miscarriage my hair has gone horrible and dry 3 months later. I think it is due to hormonal changes, hopefully it won't happen to you and I wish you well. X
