They've each asked for advice. What would your advice to each of them be?

Mine would be....
Rebecca, thank god you are rid. Keep yourself to yourself right now, just surround yourself with the love and support from those that love you. Take time, have pride, move on with strength.
Sean(n), you're bit of stuff is unfortunately still with her husband and they are as she says 'fine, and that's all that matters to her right now'. You on the other hand have made a right tit of yourself, think you're going to find it a bit difficult now to find someone half decent that's going to be able to trust you.
Maybe have some time out and work on you to put yourself right.
