To think this Strictly snogging business has been blown massively out of proportion?

It's everywhere - on every news site, every daytime chat show is talking about it, all over Twitter....it was even on the 6 o clock news!

I can't remember any other missguided snog getting this sort of attention. The guy is obviously a douchebag but you'd think he'd murdered someone judging by the current outcry.

The furore is ridiculous.

Meh. He's an arse and I have no sympathy if he's having a hard time. Actually it's quite refreshing to see the man get the rough time in a 'scandal' like this rather than the woman for once

See... for me it's being blown out of proportion not Cos he's done sth as awful as murder etc but Cos what he has done is so normal! And by this I mean him telling his gf she's a psycho/ mental for having suspicions he was messing about etc. Basically it's all about how many women identify with how he's treated his gf than anything else. (IMO at least)

The BBC will be lapping this up, it’s gold for them - free publicity, extra viewers, extra votes - of course they’re going to promote the story.

And I think he has been painted worse than her because his girlfriends assertion that he’s a bit of a nasty bastard as well as a cheat (I.e. calling her a psycho for suspecting he was up to exactly what he was up to). We’ve not heard anything from her husband.

It’s ridiculous. If they sacked everyone from that show who’d had a fumble, only Anne the virgin Widdecombe would have ever made it to the final.

I like it. Let them suffer
