I've just spent a week starving, grumpy and craving foods I never knew I even liked. I've run four times In that time, the longest been 9 miles and I've only lost 7 1/2 lbs!

Aibu to feel cheated out of my stone might loss? It promised!

Is it possible to have enough water in you to lose a stone in a week? It won't be fat he lost!

Eminybob · 08/10/2018 06:35

7.5lb is an amazing loss in a week!

araiwa · 08/10/2018 06:35

It says its for people who need to lose weight for operations. So probably massively overweight to start and its easier to lose a stone if youre starting at 30 stone. Youre not gonna lose a stone if you started at 9st

What's the difference between this diet and eating 500 calories worth of food you choose yourself?

Thisgirlcant · 08/10/2018 06:57

I am happy with the loss and feel thinner but it promises a stone! (He shouldn't guarantee) I was 11.12 to start and at 5'8 so I'm not really that overweight. I knew it would mean really overweight people.

I was just excited to lose a stone.

You're probably way off the target audience for it.
I'm 5' 8" and 11st 12lbs would have put your BMI at 25.2 before the weight loss.
At that weight I don't think you should be aiming to lose that in a week tbh.

MsHopey · 08/10/2018 07:15

(Unfortunately I am not 11st 12lbs)

Sounds like you’re on your way to an eating disorder.... 7.5lbs in a week is a crazy amount of weight to lose, particularly from someone of your height and weight. Plus you’ll probably put a lot of it back on when you go back to your normal diet and exercise routine.
