Help me find this movie!!!!

I know this is not an AIBU but you lot are amazing at identifying songs from vague descriptions and the odd lyric so... can you help me with this film?

It's about a depressed man who bumps into his ex girlfriend whilst in a supermarket. He hasn't seen her since the breakup and she has moved on but he hasn't. She is visiting their home town but lives elsewhere.
They go for coffee together and end up spending the day together talking. It's slow paced and they are the only two characters.

It's driving me mad! Can anyone help?!

It is! I drive myself mad trying to think of names of songs/films. My memory is shocking. I even get half way through a film and realise I've seen it before too... not good

oh I loved that film, it made me cry. He is such a good actor.

mark duplass thats it. he is in a few films on netflix, there's this one about a couple who go to this retreat to try and mend their broken relationship but the place isn't all it seems. Its brilliant! Just put his name in the netflix search.

I love BLueJay and was watching it again yesterday, fab, I love films like that. Am a big fan on the 'Befores' as well :-)

Gareth that one is called The One I Love - Duplass and Elizabeth Moss. Nice movie - directed by Malcolm McDowell's son, fact fans! Blue Jay is good too. Duplass is a proper indie hero.
