Favourite John Lewis Christmas Ad?

I know IANU to mention Christmas in October.

But which John Lewis Christmas ad over the tears has been your favourite?or do you think they’re all rubbish

Mine has got to be ‘The Long Wait’ (2011) followed by ‘The man on the Moon’ (2015).

I loved the penguin one and the one with the man in the moon and the little girl sending him his present.

Favourite Christmas advert is Sainsbury’s Christmas Day truce one though, especially where they’re singing silent night in both English and German. Makes me teary.

The hare and the bear is my favourite JL ad, but love the snowman too.

Agree with people saying MOG was best of all. My nan used to read me the Mog books as a child, so that ad makes me emotional as heck!

The long wait is easily my fave. I adore it.

Then its the man in the moon

I'm cheating as it's not a Christmas one, but She's Always a Women has me bawling my eyes out every time. The advert shows a little girl growing up and I saw it whilst struggling with infertility and longed so much for a little girl. We have now been blessed with two beautiful daughters and I think I'd cry even more now watching it. In fact off to google it now...!
