That is it possible to collect my partners John Lewis parcel from Waitrose if it is on his name? I could take his old passport in. He is currently out of the country and won't be back for another 12 days

Yes. They're fine about it. My husband collects my orders regularly as he passes Waitrose On his way home.

Yes, it is possible, i've done it - i think dp forwarded me the collection email and i needed to identify myself and/or him. It was no problem.
