What you were asked in interview?

I'm a final year nursing student, I have an interview for Community Nursing next week but I'm so nervous as I really want the job!
Can anyone tell me what you were asked in interview or what to prepare for please. Or if you're in management, what sorts of things you look for in newly qualified staff?
