Night time feeds

Sorry not AIBU I posted in weaning but got no replies :(

How can I wean my 4 and a half month old off night time feeds? She only wakes up once at 3.30am (same time every night) has about 2oz then goes back to sleep until 7/8.

I have read that sometimes it's a habit so I tried with a dummy last night but she wouldn't settle until she had milk.

Any suggestions? (First time mom)

Thanks everyone, I didn't realise I was so lucky! She is my first and my sisters 3 kids slept through from 12 weeks so didn't really know what to expect but thanks everyone for replies ❤️

Another vote for this being normal. Actually - good! This may change if you haven’t hit the sleep regression yet.
My DS is 11 months old and still feeds in the night (sometimes once but usually more than that, especially if he is cutting teeth) he is breastfed. I’m not expecting him to sleep through any time soon. I know it’s hard but I believe we are told that babies should be sleeping through much earlier than they are developmentally ready for. We wouldn’t force them to crawl early so I take the same view of why try force them to sleep through early?
