To apologise re Westlife now they are re-forming

Hearing the news of the Westlife reunion.

I wish to apologise for having called them Pondlife in the past. The biodiversity, animals, fish and plants that inhabit ponds contribute much to our eco-system, and I insulted these creatures and demeaned the value of the plants by comparing them to the second worst export from Ireland ever.

Well, I’m excited about their reunion 😂😂😂 they were my early teenage boyband of choice after the Boyzone days. There will be so many previous fans my age rejoicing.. love a bit of nostalgia! My teens wpuldn’t have been the same without Flying Without Wings.

I do think people jest and don’t realise just how brilliantly successful they were though, they’ve sold 55 million records and had 14 number ones... they were massive.

I loved them but been put off after meeting them and Shane wasn’t very nice on both occasions. Nicky and Kian were lovely.

I sat the row behind Jedward on a plane once and they were so polite and so lovely and charmed the pants off everyone. Very nice lads.

Shane was bankrupt, his wife has been declared bankrupt a few months ago due apparently to debts she shared with Shane.

That’s probably a huge factor in this.

How depressing. They were bad enough the first time around. I can assume they are doing a 'only here for cash' tour as at least two of them have blown all their money on failed property deals.
