All seems to indicate that it's now crunch time for the UK. In the style of another active thread, I'd like to ask you all what you'd go for if given a binary choice between No Deal at all with the EU or Remain.
No blame game or mud slinging, just simple polite answers please.

Leave means swapping a trade deal worth £270 Billion for a trade deal worth £4 Billion.
Riding into town with a 'Rolls Royce' and coming home on a scooter.

I trust the EU far more than I trust our shambles of a Tory government
I truly don't understand this statement. I wish this shit show had never happened but these people are not on your side.

Not now, when they're negotiating with Britain to leave - of course they're not.

But before? Yes, I would trust them far more than the likes of Johnson, JRM, et al.

Why wouldn't you? Confused

SittHakim · 04/10/2018 20:11

Remain.

Chwaraeteg · 04/10/2018 20:11

Remain. I've always been pro remai and though. I'm not sure anyone who actually voted For Brexit will vote any differently though. I've spoken to a lot of remainder, and at work and in my family. All of them without fail voted for Brexit because they care about getting foreigners out and keeping britain British. In their minds, they nothing is too big a price to pay for this.

I keep hearing people say that not everyone who votes for Brexit is racist yet I have yet to meet a single Brexiter who isn't.

Chwaraeteg · 04/10/2018 20:12

Jesus, I really should have proof read my post. Sorry about the typos.

Upsy1981 · 04/10/2018 20:15

No one thought Leave could possibly win, except the Leavers who actually voted. People who wanted to remain didn't bother voting as everyone (DavCam included) didn't think it could/would happen. Unfortunately this is what happens when people don't vote. It is a demonstration of the exact opposite of democracy. It would be democratic if the majority of the electorate had voted. As it turns out, its just a snapshot and that is what we are tearing our country to pieces on the basis of.

Rebellia · 04/10/2018 20:25

REMAIN.

1tisILeClerc · 04/10/2018 20:31

The EU doesn't need to 'negotiate', it is not going anywhere, it is the UK that is leaving. IF the UK wants something then it needs to ask nicely and something that is within the power of the EU to give. The 4 principles of the EU mist not be compromised. Demanding the EU gives the UK a deal is completely the wrong way around for the situation.
