Moved to a new area at start of the year, dd started local nursery a couple of weeks ago. On the school run I've noticed alot of properties have an external light (never seen one lit) with 'emergency please contact police'. What sort of buildings have these built in? Initially I thought safe houses but surely the lights would give away what they were. Aibu to worry about what kind of area I'm living in?
