AIBU.... it’s a parking one

AIBU to want to carry around a notepad and pen and leave notes on cars that are parked idiotically.

I mean parked on the pavement so I can’t fit past with my double buggy (that’s the same width as a wheelchair). It’s so unbelievably aggravating and pisses me off so much!!

Why should I have to go into the dangerous road around the car (if it’s a van there’s no chance as I can’t see past it) or cross over and back again which is just as difficult on a busy road with no crossing close just because some morons can’t think of others.

I mean do they just not care or does the fact they have parked practically 2/3 on the pavement not occur to them? It’s even worse if you can see car seats I their car as they obviously must have kids so surely would know it’s an issue!

I’ve had it twice today alone! 😡

Yeah, I'm a serial note leaver. I even bought a pack of those cellophane sleeves you put home made cards in, so they don't get wet

YANBU, it’s infuriating.

The thing is, even if you leave notes the inconsiderate drivers don’t care and will carry on doing it. Inconsiderate gits park on a blind bend and across half the path near my house as it’s next to a field where they walk their dogs (and don’t pick up the poo despite there being plenty of poo bins at every entrance to the field). Drivers have to go on the wrong side of the road to pass. Despite me shouting to the one silly old fool (lthat I see actually doing it most days that he has parked illegally and unsafely he still does it. You can barely get past on foot (let alone with a buggy/prom or holding a toddlers hand as the path is so narrow and as it’s a blind bend you can’t see to cross the road safely. I want to do more than leave a blooming note! Grrrr

I genuinely do not understand how they are so unaware or inconsiderate though?

And I also want to do more but I’m a bit of a chicken really!

Oh @Thankfuckitsfriday1 I'm with you I keep meaning to pack a pad and pen and forget in the hullabaloo to get out but regret it when incidents like this happen!

Ha we got s notenonce in a cellophane packet asking us not to park where we did as it was private parking. Eh ok but we live here and closer the parking spot than the not writer!

Pinkstripey, take photo and send to local council. They can fine him by post. Nice surprise for him.
