I've been on/off a diet for almost a year (since DS was born) and mostly lost the baby, but struggling to lose the last half stone.
I keep dieting then falling off the wagon (generally very active and that's not changed). DS going through period of not sleeping at night which has made me reach for the carbs and has done for the last 3/4 weeks.
Every day I say today is the day I start eating properly. AIBU to say sod it tonight and start again tomorrow??
