Vigour, gusto, zest and gumption - those are the things we all need more of in our lives and Oompf as a pp said and, I’ll venture, more Spunk and Chutzpah. Though I don’t want to see a bag of Spunk even if it is Waitrose Spunk.

I bought that for dh to keep in his desk drawer. He loved it. I cannot comment on whether he is now, erm, more vigorous as a result.
