Happy Friday everyone.

So glad it's finally weekend, this week has dragged so much.

Tonight we're going to have simple tea of hot dogs and then we're planning to strip the living room wall paper and give it a good tidy to start painting and decorating tomorrow.

I'm not feeling 100% today, feel like I'm coming down with something so we're going to play it by ear on whether or not we actually do start the decorating this weekend.

I'm hoping it's just lack of sleep and an early night will make me feel so much better for it x

DS has just poo'd in his bath seat, so i'll be poking 6 month-just-started-to-eat-solids- baby poo out of the tiny little lattice holes, hahaha!!

@TeaCupp

Happy flying Wink

Don't have the constitution for it myself. Always made me paranoid and friends had to stay up with me all night trying to calm me down!

mumof2sarah · 28/09/2018 18:05

I love you all replying. To all those feeling poorly or down or fed up I hope you all feel better soon xx

To those with plans out, enjoy xx

Happy anniversary/birthday/celebrations to all those having big weekends xx

To all those having TV/takeaway/wine/bath/in house evenings. I hope you all enjoy it xx

I've just sugar soaped all the skirting boards and moved all the furniture around. Going to nip B&Ms for a few bits in a minute then it's on the couch with a film before an early night x

Chinese takeaway, wine, Better Call Saul. I LOVE Friday nights

user232398291 · 28/09/2018 18:07

What a sweet post, OP Smile

Well, sounds like you've certainly earned your movie on the sofa evening! Wish I could say the same. My day was not very productive and it's down to laziness in my case, I'm afraid.

Maybe I'll work up to some housecleaning tomorrow!

Taking tween and teen to and from youth club, as the friend I usually lift share with went for a boozy birthday lunch (as rightly she should have). Watching the end of The Bodyguard while the kids are out. Feeling a bit miffed that DH is enjoying a beer when I can’t because of driving. He’s made barbecue spare ribs for dinner though!

Ragwort · 28/09/2018 18:13

A night in on my own Grin - my favourite thing to do, DH out playing golf and having a drink afterwards, teenage DS with his mates; I can eat what I like for dinner, drink my special bottle of wine that I've been hiding and watch my choice of TV - bliss, just hope no one comes home early.

Butterymuffin · 28/09/2018 18:15

I'm having Chinese. DH is on a night out but has been told he's on a promise later Wink

JeezYouLoon · 28/09/2018 18:15

I feel rubbish and just want to drink wine and slob on the sofa. Unfortunately the DCs have various clubs and DH has gone out, to be fair he has got me a bottle of wine for once 'mum's taxi' makes its final drop Wink

darkriver198868 · 28/09/2018 18:18

Watching High School Musical 2 and 3. Will be watching Graham Norton because the 13th Doctor will be on tonight.

Sallystyle · 28/09/2018 18:18

I have just finished a day at Uni and I am working all weekend.

DH cooked homemade pizza and I plan to slob out on the couch for the rest of the night. I think I will get DH to give me a foot massage while I am at it. I was going to pop and see a friend but my throat hurts and I feel run down.

uncoolnn · 28/09/2018 18:18

Just got in from work, going to run a bath and then I'm off to DP's for a chilled night in and pizza. Happy Friday everyone Wine

Robots1Humans0 · 28/09/2018 18:20

Both my kids already asleep , had first night out after DS2 (9 months) last night so tonight is all about catch up tv from this week with a bowl of cereal 😂 DP working late so no one to fight for remote with phew! I know, rock n roooollll haha

Nousernameforme · 28/09/2018 18:23

Steak for dinner as a bit of a treat then it's crochet whilst watching deadpool 2

RocknRolla · 28/09/2018 18:28

Just ordered Chinese for me and dd as dh is working away. Bought us matching pjs today so after dinner going to get them on and watch Harry Potter together.

MaMisled · 28/09/2018 18:30

First night off since Monday and I have a few reasons to be very, very excited tonight!
DH is due home after 3 nights away.
DD 22, who works way too hard, is going on a date to a fancy restaurant.
Power on Netflix is getting totally gripping.
Dogs mites have been treated so they won't be itching.
I have a new craft project to start (armchair friendly ).
I have clean bedding, a bar of raspberry Marsh and Mallow and new PJS to get in to!

I'm totally wild on a Friday night!

RockyisMYRhino · 28/09/2018 18:36

Once DS is in bed asleep and I've popped to the shop for some wine while DH watches the monitor, we will be cooking spicy chicken and coleslaw for dinner in front of a stand up special on Netflix before I fall asleep on the sofa. DH will either cover me up and leave me there, or wake me up to go to bed depending on how asleep I am Hmm

tomhazard · 28/09/2018 18:40

20 mins till dc are both in bed the I'll be watching The Good Place on Netflix which I'm mega excited about

GoodHearted · 28/09/2018 18:44

Am I the only one who is planning on getting thoroughly twatted then?!

CherryPavlova · 28/09/2018 18:44

It’s our wedding anniversary and the last evening before our youngest flies to Italy for her Erasmus year. All children and partners home and friends joining us for supper at our local pub/restaurant. A glass of our local Chilgrove gin and a few bottles of Nyetimber, I think.

MadisonAvenue · 28/09/2018 18:46

Popping out to TKMaxx to see if I see a bag that I like for a wedding tomorrow and then back to watch TV, eat crap and do some crochet.

Kaykay06 · 28/09/2018 18:48

I’m in my pjs watching last weeks strictly then will make fajitas for dinner and early night as I’m working tomorrow long shifts alllll weekend urgh

Sallycinnamum · 28/09/2018 18:50

Going to a housewarming party at one of my school mum friend's house.

She's had a rotten year so I'm hoping a few friends, lots of wine and pizza will cheer her up.

No doubt I'll be suffering tomorrow though!

Dontcallmelenyoulittleprick · 28/09/2018 18:57

All 5 kids off doing their own things so it's dr who reruns and beer for me.
Happy Friday everyone.
