To hate the Zara website and app so hard to find clothes. Can’t refine by size colour or categories and lots of trawling through shit to find something nice

I'm with you - and the search tool is absolute shite

I give up half time time much prefer ASOS

Their customer service is absolutely shocking too...

YABU to shop at Zara anyway.

I agree with you. I also think a lot of the primary images (for want of a better term - I mean the first image you see when scrolling through all the dresses, for example) they use are from daft angles or too 'magazine editorial', meaning it's difficult to see what the item actually looks like without clicking on it and viewing the other images. I don't have the time or patience to click through to every item to find the good stuff.

I love shopping in store at Zara, but I don't get on with their website at all.

So annoying! It’s very style over substance. Huge images of some outfits and snippets of others. Takes hours to scroll through and I haven’t got time for that!

Topshop one is also shit for the opposite reason, just pictures of the clothes not styled on models!
