I need a really good yoga dvd for beginners. Please help!

Yoga with Adrienne on youtube is great.

Tara Lee is brilliant! I wasn’t a beginner when I started it, but I wasn’t exactly a pro either.

Yet another vote for Yoga with Adrienne. She does complete beginners classes, which even blobby, stiff, unfit me could do! She's brilliant.
